Iris Grace Halmshaw (born 2009) is an autistic young artist from the UK who started painting as a toddler. Before she started painting she used to have meltdowns, but she found herself in art after she was given a cat called Thula. Her art is incredibly beautiful and inspiring for any age (not only for her age) and has found international recognition. Arabella (Iris's mother) has written a book called Iris Grace that has become a Sunday Times bestseller in which she documents her daughter's journey. The book's message is "Different is brilliant". Iris Grace is also one of the winners of the 2017 Autism Hall of Fame Genius Award. Find out more about this amazing young artist on her website.
