Courtney Love

Courtney Love (born 1964) is a multi-talented and prolific American musician, artist and actress nominated for multiple Grammy Awards. She revealed that she was diagnosed with mild autism as a child in her 1994 Rolling Stone interview. As a musician, Courtney has also performed at several benefit events, one of the latest events being in May 2011, when she attended Mariska Hargitay's Joyful Heart Foundation event for victims of child abuse, rape and domestic violence, donating six of her husband Kurt Cobain's personal vinyl records for auction. She also had a significant impact on female-fronted alternative acts and performers, and Hole became one of the most successful rock bands of all time fronted by a woman, having sold over 3 million records in the United States alone. Courtney's first art collection was in May 2012 at Fred Torres Collaborations in New York. It was titled And She's Not Even Pretty and contained over forty drawings and paintings composed in ink, colored pencil, pastels and watercolors Miloš Forman's The People vs. Larry Flynt (1996) established her as a mainstream actress and she is still acting today.
